What we collect
- Test data: your answers, response times and the optional questions (age band, education, how you felt about the test).
- Contact data: your email address.
- Account and training data: results, your plan, completed sessions, practice tests and lessons.
- Technical data: approximate country, device type, the page that sent you here and campaign tags (UTM).
- Payment data is collected by Paddle, not by us; we receive the subscription status and the country.
Why we use it
- To score your test and create your report, certificate and plan (to provide the service you asked for).
- To run your account and subscription and send service emails such as sign-in links (contract).
- To improve the test and measure our advertising (legitimate interest; you can object at any time).
- To meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
Who processes it
- Paddle.com: Payments, invoicing, tax and refunds (Merchant of Record). Paddle receives your email, payment details and country.
- Supabase: Database and sign-in for test answers, results, your plan and your account (servers in the United States).
- Cloudflare: Hosting, security and delivery of the website.
- Resend: Sending sign-in links, your report email and reminders.
- Meta (Facebook): Measuring which ads lead to tests and purchases (Pixel and Conversions API, email sent hashed). Never for visitors under 18.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States, under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Cookies
- iqp_anon: Random id that ties your test session together (13 months).
- iqp_fs: Your current test session (30 days).
- iqp_code: Which ad or link brought you here (30 days).
- iqp_lead: Remembers that you entered your email (30 days).
- iqp-auth: Keeps you signed in (until you sign out).
- _fbp (Meta): Ad measurement (90 days).
You can delete cookies in your browser at any time; the test still works without the advertising cookie.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while you have an account and deleted when you delete it (Account → Delete my account) or ask us to. Detailed usage events are deleted after 30 days and kept only as anonymous daily totals. Payment records are kept by Paddle as tax law requires.
Under 18
People who say they are under 18 can take the test but are not offered paid plans and are never added to advertising measurement.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to marketing measurement, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@iqplus.app. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or a US state with privacy laws, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
