How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, during your first month or later, in under a minute.

In the app

  1. 1Sign in at app.iqplus.app with the email you used to buy.
  2. 2Open Account (menu at the top right).
  3. 3Tap Cancel subscription and confirm. That's it: no call, no chat, no survey. You get a confirmation email.

Other ways

  • Use the "Manage subscription" link in any Paddle receipt email.
  • Email support@iqplus.app and we cancel it for you, usually within one business day.

What cancelling does

No further charges are made. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel during your first month, the plan does not renew. Want your money back as well? See the Refund Policy.
